Bảng nhân viên (hay còn gọi là name tag), là loại thẻ được đeo trên ngực áo nhân viên (loại nhỏ), hoặc đeo cổ nhân viên (loại to như thẻ ATM). Thường có hình chữ nhật, Thẻ được in logo công ty, tên công ty, tên nhân viên, chức danh của nhân viên đó.

2. Phân loại thẻ tên nhân viên
2.1. Thẻ nhân viên in tên cố định
Sử dụng:
Dùng để cài trên ngực phía bên trái hoặc phải. Với ghim cài thì đâm xuyên ghim qua áo. Với cài nam châm thì đặt 1 nửa vào trong áo, 1 nửa bên ngoài.

Tuy nhiên, chức năng chung của bảng tên nhân viên là để thể hiện tên, chức danh của người đeo thẻ đó.
Có 8 loại thẻ tên nhân viên in cố định tên trên thẻ dưới đây:

+ Thẻ tên nhân viên in phôi đồng.
+ Thẻ tên nhân viên đồng ăn mòn.
+ Thẻ tên nhân viên đồng ăn mòn mạ vàng.
2.2. Thẻ nhân viên thay đổi tên.
